WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently offer secure online payments with credit card. PayPal and Afterpay coming soon!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All products are covered with 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product, any defects in workmanship under normal use, and any broken components under normal use. Perfect Park will repair the product at no cost to the purchaser if the product is still under warranty, or if required, the product will be exchanged with a new product. Warranty does not cover damage of a product resulting from negligence, damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product, damage caused by natural disaster, theft or loss of the product etc.

 

For all warranty claims, please submit an email to info@perfectpark.com.au with your details and a description of you issue, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I MAKE MY PURCHASE?

Once your online purchase is successful, relax and we will take care of the rest! Our team will book in a time to install your parking lock, nothing more required on your end. We will personally delivery your take home pack, which includes your parking lock keys, remote controls and maintenance instructions. All you have to do is press the button and your parking lock is functional and ready for use. Enjoy!
